Q: My BTE Strap is Broken (the little cord that holds the tip in place). What can I do?

Answer:

BTE strap

This is pretty common, and the repair shouldn't take more than a few minutes. They just replace this strap, and it’s usually a service that you can get in the clinic where you bought the devices.

You can also step in any other clinic that sells the brand you wear. This might not be for free, but it can be a good solution if you can’t make it to where you bought your hearing aids.
